We just returned from a wonderful vacation to Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine and the Fort Worth Zoo. Parker loved every minute of it...and we did too! We loved watching Parker get excited about every little detail. We also celebrated Parker's 3rd birthday with Pops, JuJu and Uncle Buddy at the Rainforest Cafe. Thanks Amy for letting us visit you and your new house. We cannot wait to meet Will when he arrives!
Stay tuned on Friday...we should know the gender of Baby Maybin!

Oh, to be like Daddy!

While I ask Bradley when he will start dressing like a 32 year old and not like a high school student (wink, wink), I think Parker loves it! These shoes seem to weigh as much as Parker but he LOVES to wear them around.

This Friday morning was a Maybin tradition...for football season anyway! We slept in, got ready and headed to the AHS pep rally (with a pit stop at the Donut Stop!). Parker watches in amazement and doesn't say a word until the very end...even after two years of attending! He follows a red-headed cheerleader around and watches her every move. You see, Jill Bean is Parker's new love (I'm slowly dealing with this). He calls her on the phone, talks about her, pretends to share toys at our house, finds her picture in the church directory, and ALWAYS asks when she can come over. We love Jill and aren't sure what we'll do next year when she is not at the pep rally...but at college!

For those of you who don't know, the mascot for AHS is a sandstorm. That's right, a sandstorm. So the cheer goes, Blow, Sand, Blow. How do you cheer for a sandstorm...or the golden sandies? I'm still trying to figure that one out...but I'll say this...they sure have a LOT of school spirit and support. Of course I'll always bleed red...Tigers fight, never die, never, never, never!

Baby Maybin is definitely growing...15 weeks along...and we are ready to know the gender! Hopefully that news will come within a couple of weeks.
