Tour de Eaton

Our mailbox. Simple. Old.
I love that the mailman walks to our door each day to deliver the mail and actually knows us!

Boys bathroom.

Master Bedroom...a little more decorating to do here.

Our tiny master bathroom. No tub. Just a shower. Houses built in the late 60's didn't focus on bathrooms. Get in, get out, get on with the day!

Backyard complete with a shed and playset for the boys!

Playroom

guest 1/2 bath

Guest room, study, laundry, etc! So thankful for this room!

Kitchen!

Formal dining room--still need to cover chairs and install shutters!

living room

Entry with a HUGE red front door!

The boys are taking naps so no pics of their rooms just yet...although their rooms were finished first! We love our new home and are already enjoying fellowship with friends and family in it! Come visit anytime!!

Packing. Water. Fun Times.

It was so hot outside one afternoon while Bradley and I were packing. Parker asked if we could turn on the water so we did! He and Tate played and played. I was blessed to hear their laughter and NOT get wet but Bradley...well he heard their laughter but also got SOAKED!

Here's to a New Journey

The group that joined us to celebrate Mom's retirement from BISD!

Boy, was she surprised!!!!!

A pictures is worth a thousand words!

My dad and I were pretty sneaky for about 8-10 weeks regarding this surprise party for mom...invitations, decorations, flowers, caterer, bulletin boards (one simply cannot have a teacher retirement party without bulletin boards) and the list goes on...was conducted between the hours of 9-4 during the week or at 10pm with dad in the garage so mom didn't figure anything out! It was so much fun! It's REALLY hard to surprise the Parker girls...but we did it! Yea!

Congrats mom on a successful and honorable career! I love you! Have fun traveling the world and spoiling your grand-babies...oh yea...and finding a small, tiny, itsy-bitsy part-time j-o-b!

We're Alive!

We are loving our new home and I will post pictures ASAP! It has been a crazy 3-4 weeks but remodeling, boxes and decorating are finished :)

Bradley is in Kansas City, MO this week so the boys and I are enjoying some summer fun activities and relaxing a bit!

Check back in the next couple of days for pictures...
